Just Start is simply that … a start. That’s the hardest part of anyone’s journey and Meg has devised a nice 21-day program for anyone to “start” and want to continue. How did I get into coaching?

My health journey began unexpectedly at the age of eight, following a bike accident that led to an eating disorder. Although my initial career path was in writing and journalism, my journey to health and wellness became a necessity-turned-passion.

Today, I integrate all my passions into one, guiding my clients towards improved health step by step. From empowering women with positive mindset strategies to crafting compelling written pieces, my mission is to make a positive impact.
